I got this one a few days ago, OUMO Exceed Vitality with a 30mm SHD 5G SYN bulb knot. Brush nr 3 - not because I needed it but because of the remarkable design and colour - next to a YAQI Atlantis Synthetic and the Connaught/Omega boar.
The indent in the handle makes for a very comfortable hold. I'm not too sure about the quality of the golden Chinese character, I guess it might come off even faster than the black coating of the Fatip Special Edition. It's slightly indented so it will stay...
Zenith Chubby Scrubby Boar B27 - 28mm x 55mm This brush is fully broken in. The knot is very full and dense. Of my four boar hair brushes this hair is the finest or thinnest. Damp and drying knot measured at handle lip 30mm. The brush does not have a prominent bloom and for its size the footprint stays very tight. It feels and maneuvers like a 26mm knot. I have had the da Vinci 290 for several years now. Every time I use it I am amazed at the quality of the construction and how well it makes lather and how luxurious it feels on my face and head. It has never shed a hair and after years of use looks as good as when I purchased it.
The knot is 25mm.
A Chinese generic brush sold under different Chinese brand names. An economical brush that pulls its weight far beyond its cost.
