Hello friends

Beautiful autumnal Saturday. I took the opportunity to debut the mighty Pegasus Mistura.

I used it straight from the box, without any type of preparation, other than leaving it to soak all night. It will probably become my favorite brush once it softens. For now he is an avid lather eater. I used twice the amount of soap I normally use. The Pegasus' handle is bigger and heavier than the SOC's and I like it better. But, it's worth remembering that I have big hands. According to my father, I would be a great pianist and a terrible urologist.

I took advantage of the temperature to use the great SV Desert Vetiver and finish with Malizia Uomo AS.

Greencult 2.0 plate IV and Gillette Platinum light blue combine divinely. This blade, the one made by PPI, is becoming one of my favorites. I'll try to make a small stock while it's still available.

The brilliant Art Pepper was with us.

This base plate was PIFfed to me in this topic. Today I used it for the 1st time. 2 Days of stubble were removed in a very effective and comfortable way. I reckon this is a keeper!

Comments	I switched to a new razor today. The razor is the Karve bronze SB. I place a new Wizamet blade. The shave was excellent but I can feel the blade getting a bit dull in the razor. The shave was smooth and close. Today’s brush is a large, 28mm, synthetic brush made by Maggards. This is the largest synthetic brush that I have. I am continuing to use the vintage Williams but there is not much left to the puck. This was the 116th shave with this fine soap. A perfect shave. Have a wonderful day and week ahead, folks.

Today I tried to compare the Paradigm Diamondback side by side! Turned out to be more difficult than I first thought. It ended up being a four pass shave. I used my new Paradigm Diamondback Ti 2024 on the right side and my Paradigm Diamondback SS 2019 on the left side. Both are very comfortable but I would say that my Paradigm Diamondback SS 2019 is a notch smoother. And both are very effective, but my new Paradigm Diamondback Ti 2024 feels slightly more effective. Both do a good job but there is more stubble left on the left side SS side.

CCS today. First really good shave with the Henson. Actually pretty surprised with the Astra SP - it has not worked well for me in other razors. But today it was really great.
