Comments	This was the third shave with the Timeless SS SB .68 razor and Personna Medical Prep blade. This was another close, smooth shave. The next brush in my rotation is my Maggard’s 28mm Synthetic. This large synthetic does a nice job of loading plenty of soap and makes plenty of lather. The Monsavon soap is now easy to load on any shaving brush with continual use. I did my usual four-pass face shave and two-pass head shave, resulting in a BBS shave with no issues. Nice shave, good scent pairing with a nice bit of menthol on this pleasantly warm day. Smooth result, but blade was struggling so it got chucked.

Razor : Yaqi TFC adjustable(black handle variant). Mfg 2021>, all ranges. I really enjoy this adjustable but setting #1 has some blade feel but nothing over that a person should be able to tame with good hand technique. Had a close comfortable stellar close shave this morning.
Blade : Gillette Astra SS Blue (3) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Yaqi Musketeer rapier, nice scented soap(addictive) with some excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Deep stones" 24mm synthetic boss knot. Great brush but a bit dark theme to it IMO.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG(1.5) + ATG(2.5) +(3.5 setting) pickups.
Post shave : Witch hazel cleanse of beard area+ Yaqi Musketeer rapier + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my Yaqi The final Cut adjustable razor with a Astra blue blade. Marvelous shave this morning.

A chill wind howled through the shattered windows of the abandoned laboratory, whistling a mournful tune amidst the cobwebs and rusted machinery. Rain lashed against the decaying walls, seeping through cracks in the concrete, mingling with the lingering scent of ozone and forgotten experiments. Inside, amidst the chaos of broken beakers and scattered notes, a lone figure stirred.

Professor Doktor Wilhelm Kürbis, his pumpkin head encased in a cracked glass helmet, awoke with a jolt. His latest experiment, a desperate attempt to fuse his consciousness with the essence of autumn, had gone awry, transforming him into a grotesque mockery of Halloween. But tonight, amidst the storm and the eerie glow of flickering Bunsen burners, he felt a strange sense of purpose.

He stumbled towards a chipped mirror, his reflection a grotesque parody of a man. Yet, beneath the distorted features, a spark of manic glee flickered in his eyes. "Behold!" he cackled, his voice echoing through the empty lab, "The Kürbisgeist awakens!"

With renewed determination, he prepared for his nightly ritual, a bizarre concoction of science and superstition. He reached for his scuttle, a dented metal bowl salvaged from a failed experiment, and filled it with lukewarm water. He then grasped his trusty Paladin pumpkin head brush, its bristles stiff with anticipation.

The soap Atomic Pumpkin by PAA, its label depicting a figure eerily similar to his own, promised a radioactive cleanse. He lathered with a frenzy, the scent of pumpkin spice and otherworldly energy filling the air.

His gaze fell upon the Razolution razor, a marvel of German engineering. Its dual-blade design was a testament to his relentless pursuit of innovation. He loaded it with the ice-tempered Razolution blades, their cryogenic origins a perfect match for his chilling transformation.

With trembling hands, he brought the razor to his face, the blades gliding smoothly across his pumpkin flesh. Each stroke was a revelation, a fusion of science and the supernatural. He felt a strange sense of calm, a connection to the very essence of Halloween.

As he finished his shave, he applied the Atomic Pumpkin aftershave and balm, their soothing properties calming the radioactive burn of his transformation. He gazed at his reflection, a twisted grin spreading across his pumpkin face.

"Tonight," he declared, his voice echoing through the deserted lab, "the Kürbisgeist shall unleash his genius upon the world!"

With a maniacal laugh, he stepped out into the storm, his pumpkin head glowing amidst the lightning flashes, his Razolution razor gleaming in his hand. The Mad Scientist of Halloween had been reborn, his legacy etched in the annals of the bizarre and the grotesque.

Soap: Cold River Soap Works “Fall Limited Edition” Puck
Aftershave: Pinaud Reserve “Gent’s Gin” Aftershave

I don’t face lather much with the Semoque 1305 but it wasn’t too bad. The second pass had more lather. The Cold River soap nice and slick both passes. The shave was real smooth with the 9th use of the Schick brand blade.
