Maybe I was a bit harsh on the Cade shave cream on first use. This time I used much more cream and it shaved very well.

SOTD Rating 9.15/10 ...good shave and love the EdT...

EDT: Diptyque Tam Dao

A superb 5 pass shave this morning after two days of being very much under the weather with the stubble to show it.

The QED Sandalwood has to be my top performing soap in my lineup and it is pretty much impossible for me to get anything less than an excellent shave out of it. I added the C&E Almond to help boost up the moisture and protection content since my face was pretty dry this morning. No nick, weepers or cuts and no burning from the alum either.

To celebrate I pulled out my locked-away vial of Diptyque Tam Dao to fully celebrate the wonders of sandalwood!

I know I've read a few similar comments, but this QED soap seems have a slightly different recipe. It lathers like a champ and produces thicker and a more cushioning lather than my others seem to.

Palmolive Green Tube Brushless as a lather base topped off with Williams Mug Soap Whipped up in an Old Spice Mug with a N.Y. Sterilized Boars Hair Brush
Finished the shave on 2nd pass with Gold Tuckaway w/ God Knows How Old Derby (3rd or 4th shave?)
Styptic Pencil on wound Sleeved in a Vintage 1986 Kash & Karry Tube.
Worst shave in a longggggggg time
