It is non-adjustable. It is equivalent to the number 3 setting on the Ambassador. The blade gap is .635mm. I don't know the blade exposure. As for me, I'm on the fence about this razor. It is a heavy, solid razor for sure. I tend to lean toward the Fatboy or Tatara razor more. This may end up on the B/S/T at some point.

Gillette Tech with no date codes
Gillette super speed, also no date code.

The Envoy is my favorite razor. I've read here that it is the same as the Ambassador on setting 3. I don't know the measurement of the blade gap, but there's definitely a substantial blade feel, but I'm never scared of it, just very respectful.
