Wednesday: 45’ Nordic Walking outside
Thursday: Intervals on the Airdyne
Friday: incline treadmill walking GXP
Saturday: total body strength training using Nautilus and Hoist equipment + incline treadmill walking
Sunday: rowing, stair climbing, elliptical @ Maffetone pace
First run in forever! Ran down and past the rockslide, looped back to do a mile of my usual route. The knee is okay. I’m beginning to suspect it’s shaver’s knee. (Tensed while shaving)
Shoulder PT:
Weights: curls (2 15 lb barbells) and triceps (35 lbs), lifts (2 3 lb barbells) 3 reps of 10, plus misc. Band pulls. Side to side, above head and from floor pulls. 3x10 reps
Running:
Warmups: stretches, 30 (knee) push-ups, 40 sit-ups. Planks: 60 seconds. Back and leg stretches
Worked up to a heavy single and then 3x8 on squats, and 5x5 for press. 38 degrees in the garage was absolutely lovely. Was in my shirtsleeves after the first couple warmup sets.
