No one knows for sure, but the ice tempered ones might be Timor. If they dropped the ice tempering branding, they might be Merkur.

30 cents per blade is a no go for me considering I can get Nacets for 10 cents a blade and GSB for 15 cents a blade.
I am going to say Dorco Titan and Gillette 365.
It was a post of yours that got me to try the Titan. It's a very good and forgiving blade for me. And has great longevity. I've also tried the Primes and it's very similar but I think the Titan beats it on longevity.

Just finished off a week last night with the Lord Platinum Class blade. I have to say it was a fantastic blade for me. I think I had one DFS shave and the rest was smooth heavenly BBS shaves! The blade did not need any pushing to get that either. Stayed sharp and smooth the entire week. I will try the Lord Platinum blade at some point as well and compare how it is to the "Class" version. @Ckmaui you were right, it is a great blade.

again for me with the packaging almost being identical the shave was far from the same it is the fav of the lord blades for me that I tried
Rarely mentioned are also Laser ultra triple coated and Gillette 365. They are really good blades..

Shark Super Chrome, Lord Cool, FlyDear Platinum are yeoman-like. They perform well for me in a variety of razors, don't cost much when purchased in 100 packs, and by-and-large go unfavored by B&B members.

Since this thread has sprung back to life, I’ll mention that I’ve discovered that the Dorco Stainless ST301 is a real gem. I think I like it more than the Titan.
For me blades not highly regarded in this forum are Dorco Titan and the Sharp Stainless. I wanted to get other types of Sharp blades for testing but the GSB for the time being has me stuck.
I haven't tried the Titan but I agree the ST300/ST301 is very good. It's weird they are cheaper on Amazon than the Titan which is supposed to be the base model.
Honestly the Gillettes I have tried have been better than the Sharp Titanium and Sharp Hi Platinum. The Samah Industries blades are a little less costly but not tremendously so.
Perhaps the Dorco ST300/ST301 should be the basic model and cheaper than the Dorco Titan?
I if I don't want to order them from websites or Amazon I find the Dorco ST300/ST301 at Chinese stores in my town for 1.50/2€ the pack while the Dorco Titan at a seller of shaving supplies I pay them at a lower price about 0.80 cents for the packet always of ten local blades.
Even on the websites of the stores that sell them the prices in Europe seem to me to be the same, Titan cheaper than the ST300 model.
I don't think it's any different in the US.
To find Dorco ST300 cheaper I see that there are on Aliexpress ,you have to be more careful about imitations.
Rhinoceros XR is a nice blade
