What's new

Any meaningful NFL games this Sunday?

I know Eagles vs. Cowboys is for the NFC East and playoff positioning but is that the only big game? I hear some of the AFC teams may be better off losing in order to keep the Steelers out of it. Anyway GO IGGLES!!

The only game that intrigues me other than the Eagles & Cowboys (not as a fan of either but football in general) is the Jets & Bengals... I think the chances of the Steelers getting in is very slim. I doubt many of the other teams are overly concerned with them either way.

Texans fan here (in case you couldn't tell)

big games for AFC wild-card hopefuls: Jets/Bengals, Broncos/Chiefs, Ravens/Raiders, Steelers/Dolphins, TEXANS/Patriots

for my team to make it to the dance: Texans win + Jets/Broncos loss or Jets/Ravens loss or Broncos/Ravens loss

I am a Ravens fan.

This year, they have not won enough of the "important" games to be mistaken for a meaningful playoff team.

Even if they get in to the postseason by winning, they are out in the first round.

Better, in my opinion, to let a "surging" team in.
