What's Your Favorite Carbine?

The .30 Caliber Military Carbine was fun to shoot, but honestly the bullet side not have much stopping power. They were used in WW-II in pacific, and several USMC Vets told me they hate the light shoulder weapon as it was not a good person stopped.

Marlin 94 Classic in 357. The get off my property tool.

Ruger American Rimfire. This rifle started life as a compact, wanted the shorter barrel. Installed a full stock, Tech Sights, and a sling. Perfect plinker, small game, survival rifle.

These two rifles see the most use. The Winchester Saddle Ring is going on consignment. The Marlin is much better for my needs.

My only 10/22 is built as a heavy target gun. I'd like to have another 10/22 lightweight carbine with the Choate folding stock. I have my M1 .30 cal carbine in a folding Choate stock and love it.

Would have to be this one. Early Inland/GM Paratrooper Carbine, April 1943. Got the original sling, jump case, bandolier with it.
