Made some Italian sausage. Parsley&cheese and hot. Hot was made with Spanish smoked paprika and Calabrian hot pepper sauce. Not really spicy, but very tasty. Served with broccoli rabe and orecchiette.

Tom those some really good looking snausages.
Sourdough boule, 70% hydration, 20% whole wheat. First attempt at half moon scoring. Made for a nice ear.

I have no idea what any of that means, but looks fabulous! I imagine that the scent off that warm loaf is grand

A beautiful steak
Saturday curry night: chicken Chettinad, tempered dhal, cauliflower rice pillau and a cucumber raita.
Sous vide chicken breast, creamy vermouth sauce and cauliflower cheese
It was a baking day, another Julia Child rye loaf and a batch of biscotti.

Thanks Chris...it was a lot of work but worth it.
Now that the wind has relented for awhile...I think I'll cook some stew outside in a Dutch Oven. Getting to be winter here.
It takes some mean skills to not split the banger.
