At the end of the work week there has been no slacking off at SOTD! Friday has been stellar! Beauty in pictures and words.

Thanks gentlemen for your contributions of gorgeous photographs and inspirational posts.

@skypsyd - Finely wrought photo, Dave, with a few neat purple additions....
@ronindug - Very nice soft focus picture.
@Tenergy - Quite an accomplished photo, Valeri.
@Mostho - Nice "2-fer", Stefano: both with color tinting and subtle vignetting to enhance the elements.
@UngerWoo - I like the way you highlight various elements in your pics.
@Clint64 - Well done close-in shot.
@shm - Love your nestling accoutrements presentation, Søren.
@Cash_Stronomer - Great little portrait; quite artistic with the abundance of color.
@eezee - You have really great variety in your shaves.
@Doug57 - Good vertical b&w study, Doug.
@imcndn - How is the LioJuny brush?
@Bobcat - Another wonderful shave with THAT blade!
@witeq - Fine shot with neat frame.
@TheVez2 - Love the whimsical photo, KJ. How was the Paladin Pythian Way?
@PomfretSteve - An inviting picture. I'm quite envious of the soap/aftershave.
@blzrfn - Vibrant photo, Dave. Great color against the black.
@CT23 - Excellent POV, Chris. The colors are really striking.
@doc47 - Quality, Dan: photo and shave.
@Dagwoodz - Like your arrangement of the two razors highlighting The Fat, Josh.
@CBLindsay - That is a fine looking razor, Chris. Congrats. Wonderful photo by the way.
@Loei - Nicely angled shot.
@Jnatcat - First-rate emcompassing overhead pic of a stellar shave, Will.
@DblD - Splendid photo of a scuttle full of shave gear. Love the Frankenrazor!
@LoungeLizard - Gives the impression of a pen and ink drawing. Thumbs up on that one, Larry!
@samlark - Another great blade holder, Sammy!
@ram57 - Superb picture nicely framed and set against a fine seasonal spook scene.
@azwetshaver - Great looking two-fisted shave, Gabe!
@Hanover - Magnificient, Mark. Great scene.
@Noire - Beautiful! Talk about milieu!
@theos - What an uncommonly good shave pic!
@Sdm84 - Oh, freak out shave! Great pairing of hardware to monster, Owen.
@sandstone - A standout, Phil. Love the brush.
@Smooth Steve - Nice red tone. The blurred top half of the picture really emphasizes the focused bottom half.
@Smattayu - Smart picture, Eric. Never seen a bottle like the Skin Bracer one.

Here's to a great rest of your evening, gents. I'll be seeing you tomorrow.

Thursday night/ Friday morning shave

Didn't get a chance to post between helping the wife prep for Halloween party at work and starting a Blue Willy.

***fourth or fifth shave on a Personna red (time to bank it) lathered Williams with a Henry Cavendish pure badger brush. Nivea after and Shave Secret Pre shave. Still a CCS/DFS line straddler.***

Have a Nice Saturday Gentlemen

Friday night haircut AKA my SOTD

2nd shave on a Dorco Prime. Loaded in my Milord this time, which honestly is a gold twin to my 1953 Super Speed IMHO. While I did not remotely enjoy the first shave with this blade, it was one of the most irritation free, BBS I've ever had! I'm hoping the experience and hop is just a first shave on my thick, coarse head!

Other than that it's Shave Secret Pre, VDH luxury soap with some menthol essential oils dropped in and Nivea sensitive post.
