Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Mowed half the lawn and turned part of the compost pile, harvesting the potatoes planted in it. Will be doing balance and leg work on the Bongo board with a weight bag after abit.

Went for a 30 minute amble around the neighbourhood with LOTH and the almost 17 year old Jack Russel/Fox Terrier cross. Spent 2 hours swinging a mattock in the old vegetable garden to loosen up the dirt and weed the patch getting ready to plant some Tomatoes. Boy, I am out of shape.
