Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

Today - nothing much beyond walking the dogs and cutting the grass.
Yesterday - 6 hour walk up Ben Vorlich (Lomond) with 15-20 kilos of camera gear, water, dog treats, my treats, dog coats, my coats and the spare kitchen sink on my back. Definitely won't need my normal leg day at the gym this week :)
