I have disk degeneration in C5-7 and is moving down into upper thoracic area. I have calmed the neck muscles (levator) and have had a posture change and now my traps are going crazy. I really need a well rounded shoulder routine and have watched some videos. I have been to physical therapy and pulling on the bands sure help, but I would like to step up. I know I need a trainer, but money and time, I want to work in home on the excise program or go to the senior center if I knew what to do on there machine. Any way the neck is locked down and quality of life in the mornings and basically all day is in the gutter. I can not take muscle relaxers due to Sjogren's, a further manifestation of RA which is not to bad after starting Embrel.
What I am looking for is probably a routine and the order it should be done in, I have a set of dumb bells and will be interested in reading your comments. I sure would like to get a set of shoulders I see when I get around those serious white water canoe bunch. Wish I was in good enough shape to get back on the Nantahala again, which is a goal.
Sounds bad, but I believe in hard work and getting the CHI moving.
Thanks to all on the front end B&B rocks. I do not live in the clubhouse and I look forward to meeting some new folks and and talking to a few I have been missing that hang around here.
I hear that signing off with
"Cheers Ron" Is out of vogue
So it is now
Good Day Ron
Surely Paul Harvey can't be wrong
