I have a hard time buying cheese that doesn't pass the nibble test.Even good enough to cut off a slice and just nibble on.
That looks really good!Grassfed beef patties with Kerrygold grass fed Dubliner cheese, two pasture raised eggs cooked in butter, mushrooms. I picked up Vital Farms butter today, going to crack it open when the kerrygold runs out. Cottage cheese and a handful of frozen berries, too.

Absolutely! I’ve been Keto about a year and a half and have lost 80 pounds, my triglycerides are now normal, BP normal and off several meds. I’m easily 90% carnivore now and usually only have one meal per day. If I’m not hungry, I don’t eat. Watch Nina Teicholtz with Dr. Ken Berry on his YouTube channel. Posted yesterday.
