Does Anyone Have Ingredients List For Harris Hair Lotions?

Good morning gents. I have a somewhat odd request. Odd because the request itself is not too unusual but how I arrived here is. I have been seriously thinking of purchasing D.R. Harris hair lotions. We've covered a bit of that in an earlier post. What I have been trying to obtain is a list of the ingredients. I have emailed Harris to exactly zero effect. Not even a response. I then tried a vendor who carries all three versions. No response there either. Sorry but this is ridiculous.

I don't expect these firms to snap to just because I emailed them but the courtesy of a response would have been nice. It has been over a week since I contacted Harris and I suspect I should be waiting a long time if I think I will get an answer. It is just a bit aggravating that firms who only do this niche market cannot be bothered to answer simple inquiries. It won't keep me from buying their products but it does take away from the experience a bit. I suspect if you were in their b&m stores you would treated just fine. These old line Euro firms just have a real issue with written or electronic communications. And before anyone asks, I did not send multiple emails. I don't like flooding in boxes with emails. I find that ridiculous as well. And further, I don't like the effect of essentially having to beg them to answer me. I just roll that way sometimes.

Regards, Todd

D.R. Harris is probably not on the cutting edge of science. If you looked at the ingredients for Pinaud or the others, it's probably pretty close if not exactly what Harris does. For $46.00 a bottle, it would have to grow hair and comb it for me before I would buy it. But to each his own, of course; however, I would not expect any revolutionary ingredients from a traditional firm like this.

Oh, after reading your post again, you may be looking for counter-revolutionary ingredients. Old school stuff! I don't blame you. Hope springs eternal, but the days of ground up bugs (cantharidin) and the really good stuff are probably gone. (Even though stuff like cantharidin would have definitely stimulated the scalp. lol.)

Good luck in finding your ingredients though, I hope someone has them for you.

Actually BCatl, their lotions are pretty reasonably priced. Well, somewhat anyway. A 100ml bottle is in the low twenties from the vendor I checked. Now that is less than half the amount you get with a Pashana friction lotion at 250ml.

And no, I do not expect anything earth shattering in the ingredients. Mostly just what kind of oil is used in the versions that have it and whether the "1/4 oil" is one quarter percent of solution or literally 1/4 of the solution like many oil containing tonics. Thank you for the response.
