The other night I went to go get a best badger brush from Crabtree and Evelyn and signed up to be a preferred customer. They give you two key ring cards and a credit card sized card that you present when you buy things. What it does is gives you access to additional shopping days during customer appreciation events, 25% off one item on your birthday, and if you buy 250$ of products (which I'm sure we can all do), then you get 10% off most regularly priced items for the next year, or something like that. There's a lot of fine print, so it might not be that great, but it does seem to have its perks.
