Best way to keep lather warm?

Afternoon!

It takes me a long time to take my first pass since I have very coarse wiskers. I notice that my lather cools down to room temperature and it is not as awesome when I lather up for a second/third pass. Are there any ways you guys know of to keep your lather warm?

While it deals with face lathering....the concept is still the same...keeping lather warm via scuttles.

Take a look at the wiki. I use a Robert Becker scuttle which works great.

i just use a big china bowel like a scuttle but just feel the sink with hot water and once you made the lather place bowl in the sink with the water keeps the bowl warm and lather lovely and warm. can pick up a good china bowl for shaving from a flea market type of shop for a few pounds works grate and no need to fork out for a scuttle

Brush scuttle. Best I know of is the Dirty Bird.
