If you want, you could send it to me and I'll play around with the hybrid side to see what kind of edges I get from it and if they can match the edges off my LL hybrid? Just cover postage.

I appreciate the offer but I’m sure if I were to really want I could try and work with the stone to get a decent edge. The last edge was a serviceable one, it just fell short of an edge I like to use.

I have a lot of other coticules that are much easier to use.
