Wow. family dollar smell good is better than the real thing!

I know this may not be news... Ive seen it described here before.

But yesterday I went to Family Dollar and bought 2 bottles of the ViJon "Old Spice".

Yep, (IMHO) it sure is better than the real thing! Some say its closer to the old Old Spice. Either way, I like the scent more and it hangs with me lots longer.

And at 1.75 a for 7 oz... Im a happy camper!

yeah im sad we cant get it over here it sucks ive always wanted to try it ive only got the PG with the red cap.

nan said that the PG doesnt smell as spicy as the proper old old spice and that the PG is more powdery

I just used this AS for the past 6 months with Mama Bear Aged Spice shave and bath soap, plus P&G deoderant/anti-perpirant. It left me smelling like WWII all day, which I mean as a good thing.

Not that interested in most Vijon AS, but Spice is excellent.

I bought a bottle of Fred's "New Spice" day before yesterday. It's got the Vi-Jon name on the bottom of the bottle, and it smells fantastic.

I have several bottles of the original Shulton Old Spice and this stuff compares favorably to it. Cost was two bucks.

I went with a mix of the Vijon Old Spice with a cap full of dollar store Witch Hazel mixed into a dixie cup with 3 generous squirts of the Vijon.

This gives me 2 high volume splashes of the the mix that helps the scent linger. The WH really does the trick with healing/toning etc. I love that I get such a satisfying result for pennies.
