What's your workout today?

Thirty minute lap swim. Over a half mile, but really not sure by how much. Easy swim with the triathlon one week away. Unfortunately, Irma may be close enough to cancel the swim portion of the tri, with NNW winds at 25+ projected. The swim runs S to N, and you might be swimming backwards with those winds and current.
 
Cable ab extensions

Seated dumbbell bicep curls
dumbell tricep extensions

Cable curl
Cable tricep pulldowns

Seated shoulder press
21s bicep curls

Paired exercises done as super sets.
All exercises 3x
 
200# Sled Push- :30 work/:60 rest for 60 minutes.

First real endurance test since my Total Hip Replacement 8 months ago. I was running on Dunkin' today.
