Yesterday was bench, deadlift, rows, close grip bench

Today squats, bench, t bar rows, and close grip bench, hamstring curls, and dips
Doing a TSA intermediate lifter program, where I'm benching 4 days a week. Started week 2 today.
12 k run
some bodyweight HIIT messing around for 20 minutes.
I'm traveling too much to be able to actually hit the gym, I know excuses excuses...
