What's Your Breakfast?

Unfortunately not mate. The owner is an Aussie and he going to concentrate his Rotisserie businesses back in Oz. He also owns a couple of bars here called Dallas which is all he will have here. This is a tough place to try F&B.

Fridays are Fishtastic!
My recent hunger for rye bread remains unquenched. Eggs over easy, bacon, potatoes, and rye toast.
 
I like to cook my eggs in the microwave. Put some virgin olive oil in a bowl, add 2 eggs, spear the yolks a few times so they don't explode, salt and cook for 1 minute. Perfect. I have this with 2 slices of dark Ryvita, followed by real coffee ground in my Mazzer Major.

Usually ramen, often homemade, with miso, beef, salt, some beef base, soy sauce, a touch of either garlic oil or sesame oil. And sometimes another tablespoon or two of soy sauce in the bowl. I use dried noodles for convenience, but the fresh ones are pretty amazing.

If I'm not getting several grams of sodium in the morning, it's not salty enough!
