I used all the usual concoctions today, (forgot there was a splash of Thayers witch hazel in there, too,) a 2X use Personna blue label blade, and a late ‘40’s Super Speed.
I’ve discovered this $6 razor gives me comfortable, BBS, no drama shaves with various blades. It seems to be able to get into all the nooks and crannies unlike others with the same geometry when they can’t.
The Tiger blades are super mild czech blades, but they are quite... odd. Not dull, they just don't cut well. Weird.
I replaced mid-shave with a Feather and the Greencult delivered perfectly as expected.
Tiger Platinum and Dorco Titan are the two weirdest blades I ever used, Tiger is mild but not very efficient/good at cutting, the Titan feels so smooth and next day my skin felt like I had shaved with glass shards.
The Greencult also likes the Nacet and Gillette 7 o'clock Super Platinum.
