How do you like the 7 O'Clock Permasharp? I feel they're very sharp. But not smooth. The 7 O'Clock Super Stainless are really good blades. Made in Russia.

I like both of the 7 o’clock green blades. I do think the Russian blade (Super Stainless) May be a little smoother. I got a stupid deal on the green Permasharp so I couldn’t pass it up.
