Umm..... I shave with a Feather SS and I get one months' worth of shaves out of a SINGLE Proline. By my calculations, that is enough Prolines to last me for 25 years!!!!!

A month’s worth to a blade is crazy! As a daily shaver, I prefer my blades super sharp, as if new. I figure I have enough for 5 years, assuming new blade every week.

I shave four times a week and I generally get about 15 or 16 comfortable shaves from one of these blades. I could probably go even longer, but I love to fire up a fresh blade every once in a while.

I received a great package from fellow member, I get to use and learn the shavette razors and still be in the GRUYERE.

I never thought such brotherhood and nurturing was possible, I'm humbled and amazed at the same time.

I'll start my straight razor (with single edge blades) journey while using my Game Changer OC 84 for finishing up, atleast till I get better with the single edge.

Next up we have a brass razor from a company that little is known about, and you very rarely see any mention of around here. /s This thing has some weight to it. I think I’m leaning towards a patina’d look over polished for this one, but we’ll see.

Only a crazy person would spend $400 on a precision machined piece of the finest stainless steel. Of course, a $400 piece of plastic with a few rodent hairs is a smart buy IMO.
