So then there is a good chance the British drought will go on . Congratulations to Scotland though. I'm a big Federer fan but Murray deserved to get a slam.

That was probably the most exciting match to watch since the Federer/Roddick final at Wimbledon a few years ago. Congrats to Andy Murray on winning his first Slam and on having an all-around great year.

At Dunblane today to see Andy return to his hometown...Pouring down then skies cleared for his arrival! Thousands lined the streets as he walked through the town signing autographs and having pictures taken. Everyone ecstatic. It took 3h for him to get through to Dunblane Tennis Club from where he started.
