I went from around 2011 to 2014 without a wristwatch and I totally get where you are coming from. Owning more than one or two watches is in fact irrational. I simply enjoy the artistry of a well made tool like these watches but I understand your feelings too! Seems lately that my iPhone makes me it's slave more than my Seiko (of the day).

Still wearing my DJII as I just got it back from RSC in Dallas as it was running a tad fast and needed regulation and now as I test it the regulation is a lot better currently averaging +2 SPD so well within COSC specs of -4/+6
