Tried something new

Good morning everyone. My normal shave gear is packed for a trip so I used items that I have never used before, except for the soap. I was going to use my 57 Gillette SS and was thinking that they should have made a long handled SS because I prefer a longer handle. Then I thought about my wife's Lady Gillette. She said I could use it so I was good to go. This is what I used:

67 Lady Gillette
Arko shave stick
Unmarked DE blade in a plain white wrapper (KAI I think)
Harvey boar brush

You know what, I am BBS WTG. I am surprised and happy about todays shave. I did not like the boar brush....my wife does though. I ended up with a nice shave all from items I have never used before, it is a great day.

LOL To me it is just a blue long handled SS. I wish I could get my wife a pink one and then we would have a matching pair. LOL I did like shaving with the Lady Gillette and I just may have to spend some more time with it but I do not want to tie up my wife's favorite razor. I do like it better than my 57 SS because of the long handle. My daily razor is a Lord Merkur Tech which has a long handle as well, go figure.
