The wife bought
Shrimp Kabobs
Chicken kabobs
Beef ribs
Sausage

Now I am sitting on the patio with the ceiling fan going, George Strait playing, and just waiting on the coals to get perfect.
May need a beer or Bourbon. Haven’t decided yet.

I did a Ribeye and a New York Strip of this beef once just to see what all the fuss was about.
It was good but I didn’t have to chew. It just melted in my mouth. Very interesting.

It was good but I didn’t have to chew. It just melted in my mouth. Very interesting.

Try slicing it against the grain on a bias pretty thin and dipping it in ponzu and wasabi...so good!

Something is wrong there. You started with 8 ABTs and ended with 8?? Seems like at least two of mine always 'fall through the grill' before I bring them in the house. Cook's samples!

All is well. SWMBO usually only eats one out of a batch. The rest are MINE...ALL MINE!
