A slab of baby backs, chicken breast, chub of bologna, and some Atomic Buffalo Turds over a mix of lump charcoal, post oak, and mesquite.

And away we go.

I believe the chicken, bologna, and ABTs are done.

Ribs done now. Falling off the bone like SWMBO likes them. Me...meh. I like 'em a bit firmer. Looks like it will make great sammys though.

Soived with baked beans, 'tater salad, onion and pickle. The precooked bacon I used on the Buffalo Turds this time got done quicker than I expected...gonna have to rectify that next time.
