Let me think? Did I shave today? O, yes I did. Did I use tallow Tabac? Yes, and that’s why I was able to remember that I shaved.

Another Tallow Tabac Tuesday. This morning was with pre-1924 T.R. Cadman & Sons ¾ "Bengall" full hollow Dutch point in original Bakelite scales.

Face lathered using a Chinese guaranteed genuine pure best badger hair synthetic brush with lacquered timber handle.

i have know idea. I load my brush in a circular motion. This is my first Tabac so it could be normal.

Preshave: shower, frigid tap water
Brush: Semogue Owners Club Boar Cherry wood
Soap: Mäurer & Wirtz ~ Tabac
Razor: Blackland Blackbird Stainless Steel Open Comb
Blade: Gillette Platinum (2)
Post shave: frigid tap water, Tabac ASL.

A lovely shave with excellent performing gear today. 3 very close passes, no irritation. I kind of overloaded the SOC boar and ended up with a wonderful dense and shiny lather. I don't rate my shaves but this was a stunning one and very close to perfection.
