That's enough. I had a slight bit of extra buffing and some trouble catching the stubble on the first couple slides
that never usually happens. Two weeks on one blade is a tremendous feat indeed as far as I'm concerned!
I could technically get another shave or two yet with comfort, BUT my goal was to find a blade that was comfortable
and sharp enough that I could change it weekly. Mission accomplished! Happy Friday and Happy Shaves All!

Despite having a bunch of new soaps in the den I reached for Proraso this morning. It never disappoints. Just a wonderful consistent performer. By new brush is breaking in very nice and I am absolutely loving it. The Aristocrat is my most beautiful DE I would say and it shaves like a dream to boot! The only new product was the Local Gent Aftershave balm....really nice stuff. Light minty scent, almost like a coco-mint candy. Great face feel afterwards as it absorbed nicely and wasn't greasy in the least. It will go nicely with my citrus scents and even cologne type scents I think. Definitely worth a look IMHO.

Cash_Stronomer how do you like your 1904? I have the open comb. I just love the vintage look to it.

I'm lovin' it! I find the weight perfect and the size of the handle. I was going to get the combed, but I figure if I got this one I could just swap out the base plate with an Old Type, and then I have both. I was worried about the shape of the head after using some RazoRock heads with the same-ish shape, but this thing out shaves my Tech's in comfort!
