Chiseled Face Summer Storm today. 20 seconds to load the Thater 2-Band Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Voskhod in the Maggard V2 Open Comb. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Classic Fougere aftershave.

This is my first shave with any Razorock product (I know, I know) and I must say the lather came together very quickly - a super-easy load and lather build - and was wonderfully slick and protective. This particular scent is a really interesting one - not quite what I expected from the description, but very pleasant.

Today I shaved with a Barbasol Floating Head - at least I think it's a Floating Head. Razor is in excellent condition and it gave me a great shave so I'm happy.
Bowl/Scuttle - GP12
Soap - La Savonniere du Moulin
Brush - Simpson Chubby 3 Manchurian
Blade - Gillette Platinum (1)
Razor - Barbasol Floating Head

My first shave with this razor and I was very pleased. Efficient and mildly aggressive with a little blade feel. I don't think the blade feel would have existed if I didn't have 3 days growth. Did a 2 pass shave; first pass WTG was DFS. Very easy to use and maneuver. Second pass XTG and the razor and blade worked well together - BBS after second pass. The La Savonniere du Moulin provided excellent lather.
