Sometimes I am a hard head. I went back to the drawing board with the Vintage Enders blade and tried stropping it about 30-40 times. It was much smoother (enough for a three pass shave) but the efficiency was also diminished. Next trial is cutting down the stropping to just about five laps. I have plenty of the NOS Enders Vintage blades to experiment on. Actually dried down to a nice DFS shave. Proof of Concept.

Soap/Shave cream: Proraso Sandalwood
Razor: R41
Blade: Feather (Fresh)
Post shave: Nivea Sensitive Post Balm
Rating: 8/10
Great shave today. Nicked myself a couple times on accident. One was from a zit. I am up north in Iron country so I went with my hands instead of a brush for painting cream on the face. The water is heavy in iron minerals and I didn't want to stain my brush hairs. That was the main reason it was an 8 out of 10. The cream gets dry faster from this experience. I also only did one pass because of the finger painting.
A major plus was no razor burn so even with a poorer quality lather the Proraso still outperforms my TOBS Cedarwood and I think I can narrow it down to TOBS as the reason for the razor burn. It could be the oils.

Razor : TNNSER 3D printed SE by Tom White, Mfg 2020>, mid range. Tom did a nice job of designing this with other folks who worked on the handle design from my understanding. Tom has designed a lot of different razors over the years . Had a close comfortable shave this morning. Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE (5) very sharp with excellent longevity. Soap : TOBS Sandalwood cream, nice herbal sandalwood scent with excellent lather qualities. Brush : Yaqi "Bali" 24mm 3band silvertip badger. Excellent lather generator, luxury pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area. Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups. Post shave : Proraso red sandalwood with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless). Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my TNNSER razor with a coated Gem blade.
