Thanks! Yes, it's a hammered finish on sterling silver. I have only seen photos of three, including this one and they were all silver. The exception being the Tiffany model.

Nice razor. I would try a modern SE blade like GEM. Looks like that might work.
Got today a mint Gem Feather Weight - my first one was flawed with not enough tension to hold the cap and blade and also my first TTO Gem a Bullet Tip I guess.
Looks like a GEM...
Picked up this really clean GEM Featherweight cheap. Only flaw I can find is it looks like the head rubbed against something probably in a drawer. Doesn't look like it was even used. Tried it this morning and it shaves great.
A very interesting first-time acquisition today from a Southeast Pennsylvania flea market.
It's a Ronson Razor. Extremely clean and in perfect mechanical condition (photos are as is without any cleaning or polishing). The only thing it's missing are the blades, but I understand that regular injector blades can be used. I will probably only use it as a display piece/collectible. Yes, you can use injector blades in the Ronson. Nice find!

End of June, this came, as I have always been attracted to the amber handle Type G.
And yesterday a Type I from the 'Bay showed up, all scruffy and grungy!
After an overnight soak in soapy water and some gentle scrubbing this morning, and a Barbicide dip, it's ready for duty tomorrow.

Just delivered today. Very clean GEM 1912 Junior. Seller did an excellent job of polishing it up. Only found some minor scratches on top of head, two spots where blade rubbed on head under top cap and a spot on back of tab that lifts head. Pretty good for a razor in or almost 100 years old.

Looks just fine to me! I see a tiny mark in the last pic, but it wouldn’t bother me at all.
GEM G Bar arrived today including case and instructions. If it's been used, it was only a couple times.
