I have a new theory on how Pure Evil and Concentrated Evil works!
Pure and Concentrated are both 100% on its own, but when they join forces, they enable one another and gain mass amount of evil, 1 enabler is only 100%, but when you enter the BOSC, all them loonies have an evil rating system that can't be measured. "It's over 9000"
