Shave Soap Scent Similar to Creed Millesime Imperial

I found one. It shocked me actually. When I smelled it off the dry puck I didn't get it. When I did a test lather with it.... it produced a scent that was familiar to me. I thought about it and it was a citrusy/melony refreshing scent perfect for the summer. I realized that it was very similar to Creed Millesime Imperial. You may never guess which soap it is:

I was quite surprised, and pleasantly at that. I had worked my way through a VDH Deluxe puck earlier this year while breaking in my boar hair brushes. I loved the lather, but didn't care for the scent of the Deluxe soap. I picked up some of the Luxury soap a few months back but just now got it out and put it in one of my Old Spice mugs since I finished up some Panna Crema soap that I had in there this morning. The lather is the same great lather from the Deluxe, but the scent reminds me of Creed MI. Anybody else get the same impression?

Never sniffed the Creed MI ... but I may go sniff my VDH just for fun now.

If you are at all into fragrances, Creed MI is one of the great ones.... especially for summer. You owe it to yourself to grab a sample.

VDH Luxury Scented has a note in it that reminds me of bile. That is just my nose, though...obviously, our mileages vary significantly!
