RR S/S Hawk V3-OC & Feather Proguard [ 3 ]
Tried a new soap bar- Granado , scent lime/lemon nice. Lathering on face not good, a bit better when lathering on the bar, but dissipates too quickly. Initial impression not a patch on Mogno. The Shave otherwise was very good.

Razor: Gem Push button- Mfg 1958-65, lower mid range, I can crank out excellent shaves with beautiful looking razor.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE (2) Excellent blade, very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely & predictable. Excellent $ Per/Sh.
Brush: Yaqi lucky dice 26mm tuxedo knot, excellent lather creator with a lot more cloud like soft tips with a wee bit more back bone than the 24 mm Yaqi tuxedo knot, enjoy them both a lot.
Soap: Gillette Pure & Remnants of tabac- excellent combo IMO, fragrance and lather qualities. Gillette has a nice scent IMO.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar soap cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock blue barber with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Gem Push button with a coated gem blade.

Blackland Sabre L1 / some type of GEM (2) / RazoRock Essential Oil of Lime - 1st time using the soap, it smells really nice.
Little bit of irritation on the chin, still some on the neck, think I'm whipping the Sabre around as if it were something milder. No blood so it's not that bad

The scent of this soap is nice and lingers, seems to work well during the Shave, but brush needs constant refreshing as lather dissipates quickly.

Sunday Schick shave, Nov22nd 2020

Razor: Schick Champion injector theme series L type-Mfg,1976,Schick was a sponsor of the Montreal Olympic games. Mild range.
Blade: Personna SS PTFE (7) excellent blade for these mild razors
Brush: Yaqi 24 mm tuxedo knot with black marble handle- Excellent lather creator with cloud like soft tips.
Soap: Gillette Pure shave cream & Tabac remnants of soap- great lather qualities with nice mild scent.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face CeraVe hand bar cleanser + dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Italian barber Amici with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers = great shave with my Schick injector Champion L type, theme series.
