5K this afternoon.
2.6 miles. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, and the temperature was perfect. I do think we are starting to get some wind stirred up by all the hurricanes.
Thanks! May get to use the new shoes tomorrow, depending on how the house fared...
1.5 slow miles. Trying to ease my way back in.
I did a 2-mile walk/trash pickup along my road Sunday.

Coming up on a week without a workout, though 10 hrs in the yard today should count for something! Tri training did not go to waste!

Friday 5K. First run post-Irma and after the tri dream died. First run in NB Boracays v.3 with the full realization that I should've change shoes earlier.

Friday 5K. Nice breeze. Sun setting and behind earlier rain clouds to the west. Felt good! Should be good (relatively) running weather at least through May!

Been running a lot this year. Not so much posting. 1400 ft of gain in this one.
5K while battling cold/flu.
5K after a 20:00 pool swim. The swim was a nice warmup. Fastest 5K since February.

Attempted 5K. R knee wasn't having it 4/10 of a mile in. Swim later...
I ran three today, and it felt pretty good. It was my first real run in about three weeks. Circumstances have just been against me recently, but it was nice to put in a solid one.
