Repair parts

I just got my sheaffer cadet in the mail today, and need to get a new sac and on o-ring for it. Everthing else seems to be in good working order. I have it disassembled after a short soak in a hot water bath. I still haven't pulled the old o-ring out yet, and it might be a bit of a chore. The old sac was crispy, and has been removed.

What else will I need to make the repair? I have a small container of silicone grease, but no shellac or anything else.

Also, where is a good place to order parts?

How about shellac or talc? Do I need both? Is that something I can get locally?

If you plan on fixing up some sac pens a can of shellac and talc can be had locally. I got a can of Zinsser amber for 5 or 6 bucks that's done countless jobs. Talc is something I use on bicycle inner tubes as well so I've got it in the shop. Make sure it's pure talc, no scent, and not baby powder (corn starch), that'll gum up a pen's innards.

Where's the best place to sign up for the repair box? I found a couple of threads on it and am not sure where the latest signup point is at.
