Pimp My J Type - Any Suggestions?

I have a Schick Type J (thanks to a great trade with Planbee) and it thoroughly convinced me of the excellence of injectors.
I love everything about it and am astonished how a razor so mild can also be so efficient (great geometry I guess).
But the sickly dirty cream colour of the handle is really unpleasant.
So any suggestions as to how to recolour the handle in a durable and waterproof way?

I'd try a different razor with a black handle, like the "L" Type. It probably shaves the same anyway.

Type J also came in black. They are excellent razors, so I would just use the one you have while looking for a Black-handled Type J. Look especially for a J3 or J4 HydroMagic.
