Im in, oh yes!
published ? well sort of.
I translated a book on German schools during the NSDAP period, that got published. It was a giant pain in the azz, and it is not particularly exiting to tell, you get up sit at the computer rack your brains on how to reformulate the sentence grammatically, then try to remember the English word for ***** spend ages looking up words in the dictionary's that pile up around you.
Go to the book store order " German words and fazes of the NSDAP period" for more money than you expected to pay for it ( allot more)
When you are done after what feels like a life time and jotting down words on post it notes that might be a better fit, you send the manuscript in.
They send it back and ask for changes so now you have completely given up wearing clothing at all as you wander around in your bath robe in your dirty cluttered place you mumble to yourself, while you re write the thing again, or try to explain to them that no the word X has a totally different meaning in that language you can not just substitute it with Y.
Then it gets published and no one notices.
You swear you will never write any thing again.
A week later you are back wighting a story at the computer, because well you have to, but at least you are wearing cloths and cleaned the place up.

If you are interested in my unpublished works I refer you to the large tan filing cabinet...

The book History of the Ordensburg Sonthofen can be purchased threw me.

I'm in on this one.

In August I published a collection of poetry that I had written in 2008. At the time, I was suffering from severe depression and suicidal ideation. The poems/writings I did were never intended for others. It was more of a journal, a way to get those horrible thoughts out of my mind.

This year, I thought that I could maybe take my struggles and turn them into a way to help others. I decided to publish the collection to show others that it is Ok to talk about depression and suicide and that things do get better. I also wanted to give those who have have not been thru it a bit of a look into the thoughts of someone with severe depression. Overall, it is my way of trying to raise awareness of suicide prevention and help end the stigma that too often surrounds mental illnesses.

My book, Dodged, is available on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00EAA1KPA.

You are not alone. Help is available. Things do get better.

I'm in.
I started writing about geocaching, under the nom de plume catsnfish, for an online magazine called...onlinegeocacher.com/ after a few submissions I was made a columnist. A bit later I became the publisher as well, and just recently handed it back to the original publisher. He just today asked me to start writing for the magazine again.
