My everyday setup for the past 6 months.

Parker Variant - killed my love for cheap Baili razors, not that there's anything wrong with them...

Arko - I tried bowl lather but find face lathering with it far more efficient. Also, so far beats every other soap I tried (if not in the looks / smell department )

Maggard 26" synthetic brush.

Dickinson's Witch Hazel, generously cut with alcohol (I emptied about 3.5 oz of Brut in it when it was about 3/4 full). Ever since I stopped irritating my face with every shave, I actually like to feel a bit of sting.

Aqua Velva Musk. I have a love / hate relationship with AS, a lot of them - and for some reason nearly all "fancy" ones I tried - leave my face feeling sticky. AV Ice / Musk, Adidas, and to a lesser extent Brut and Gillette Ice Blue work much better for me. In the winter, I may go back to using Nivea Balm.

The blades - I try new ones every so often, but mostly use Astra SP. This morning tried Crystal (Israeli) for the first time, not very impressed.

Uber/Superlather: Williams Shaving Mug Soap / Derby Normal Shaving Cream + 6 Drops of Glycerin.

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade menthol crystals +Eucalyptus peppermint,+ Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./ Gummy ~ Traditional Turkish Lavender Cologne.

A relaxing sunday morning shave.

After yesterday's phenomenal bbs shave with the very efficient gem open comb micromatic,the smooth mildness of the ever ready 1912 (US) is very noticeable indeed..The Ever Ready 1912 vintage SE razors are a sheer pleasure to shave with, once you've adjusted to the required shaving angle training your mind to use the lightest of touch, & good shaving technique these vintage SE razors will reward you with some sublime shaves.

The derby normal shaving cream doesn't have much of a fragrance, which isn't a great issue for me, mixed together with the williams mug soap created a superb slick protective lather for the shave, leaving a equally post shave feel to my face.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of The Real Shaving Co. ~ SPF15 Anti-Ageing Moisturiser.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling devine.
