Especially when it's combined with walking.
Walking on dry land causes pain in my hips. So my walking at present is in water. The Kroc Center's Lazy River is perfect.
Well, maybe not perfect. The pool's heater is broken, but it's not too cold to get in. This week I only walked three times - 30 minutes each time - but that's better than nothing.
They say the heater will be fixed. Hopefully pretty soon, but it's amazing how the water is holding at a steady temperature.
