Old Fogies Club: What was your workout today?

I was really interested in The Clubhouse thread "What was your workout today?" but much to my chagrin I didn't feel comfortable posting my "old fogie" workouts with all those "serious" workouts. So, What was your Old Fogie workout today?

I will start: 3 mile walk/20 push ups/50 sit ups.

Followed by two 12 ounce curls. :001_smile
24 ounce coffee cup curls, 4 reps 😀

Brisk walk again. No related heart issues, so that's good. I think I was pushing too hard the other day. Keep up the good work you all!

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
1 hour walk on the treadmill. Nice and easy. Just making sure I didn’t get to feeling woozy.
I seem to be good to go.

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
Yesterday I worked 14 hours and I am doing 16 hours today finishing at midnight and returning at 0800.
That’s my workout for the last 2 days.
