Kinda a Chinese New Year theme.
Well, I will for sure be there, but it is a lot less inclusive than say OCs and SB razors. Nobody has started it yet either. Hmm!

According to our Wiki's Calendar of Shaves we only have Decemboar so far. So we need to put our heads together for a parallel new event! A corny one would be DEcember - anything goes as long as it's a DE.

Shave with anything you like, just has to be a DE, why not? Sounds reasonable. It's basically OCtober and NOCvember combined. And it is new, nobody ever thought about it so far. Nobody found a better theme for December. I would say it is a fine idea and SE owners could start SEctember or something like that...

And maybe we should start it in the Double Edge subforum...

Soap: Razorock Lime Burst

I've been using my Razorock pucks like sticks, rubbing them over my face. This an Orange Sunrise are what's left from a 3 puck pack. Lime Burst is a bit less artificial in scent than Orange Sunrise. The horse hair brush did a great job face lathering. I ran the Slim on 5 throughout. A small weeper under my chin. Otherwise a nice close shave.

Well was going through which razor to use... Gamechanger.84p, Timeless bronze, a different plate for the Homelike Start? But alas I long for an open comb as they are not only my preference but the make up the bulk of my collection. So will wait to shave in December.

Endings. The end of NOCvember. The end for this blade. The UK Aristocrat is one of my favorites. The Astra left me with a minor weeper or two. Since it did the same in my Slim last night, that's the end for this blade.

Near endings. I can probably squeeze one last shave from this Stirling sample. I like the Sagrada Familia. I'd like it more if it were a bit bigger.

Good close shave.

Hi,

I don't know about Decemboar.... I have one old brush I have no idea what it is. I am using a synthetic nowadays and have three horsehair brushes here. Just that one unknown, bought about 1980 and used until 2014 when I bought a new Vie Long Horsehair.

So, I joined DEcember instead.
