Lost!

No thread yet? The final season starts in less than an hour. Any other fanboys present?:001_cool:

I actually didn't get obsessed until I cut off my cable this fall. I found it on Hulu and was instantly hooked. Its pretty incredible how intricate the saga is. I'm excited to see how it turns out.

My biggest question: what happens to The Island!

4 8 15 16 23 42 baby!

Oh you unlucky West Coast ba***d. I'm 15 min into the second hour. No spoilers...but its absolutely amazing!

So what are peoples thoughts on the season so far? I have been really enjoying it, the last episode certainly explained a lot.

Sawyer is a cop! :lol::lol::lol:

Wanting for wisdom
I've not watched a single episode. I can't get into the premise of the show. I guess my position is that games are for games players and I save my game for real life. When I want entertainment I want fiction . . . put the world aside for a bit of time.

I've enjoyed this show even though some seasons had their strenuous moments. The last season so far has been really good

As for where the show is at now....
I'm interested to see where this is headed, and how Richard will deal with his new task

I love Lost. My husband and I do not watch until we can buy the series on disc and we stay up all night eating and watching for several nights.

Lost is one of the things I really, REALLY miss after being away from home for two years.

I cant wait to get back.

My guess: Ben wakes up and it's all a dream.

:)

you guys cant get Hulu overseas? But bases are US teritory and *shouldn't* require any further content licensing

Sorry.
It all took place in a snow globe of an autistic child.

I'd laugh my @$$ off if it ended either way. I enjoy watching it, but don't analyze it any further than that. My wife and her friends are always trying to figure it out.

I love LOST. I was talking about this to someone just the other day on Facebook.

Here are my thoughts:

I don't think they are dead. I have always thought they are in limbo or some place in between life and death. Or, they might be in purgatory, being tested before their "final judgment" and subsequent ascension or descent into hell. I think they are being tested to determine their true fate. I want to know what Charles Wittmore (sp?) hopes to accomplish even if he did regain the island. Where does he fit in with Jacob and the man in black?

I also like the parallel universe theory or that there is a wrinkle in time. They are on the island, but all that other stuff also happened while they are on the island, that is, Sayid and his brother's family issue, Ben as the teacher, Jack, Kate, etc.

I still think that when it is over, they are all going to find themselves on the plane again just before the crash, leaving the audience hanging as to what will happen.

I LOST the plot, if you pardon the pun, along season two or thereabouts. Now tried watching later seasons as they're shown on our local TV, but I just get all confused and befuddled. So I think I will skip the whole series, and watch it on DVD once they come out.

But I used to like it alright.

Well my friend, Lost couldn't be MORE fiction if you wanted it to be....

I am a huge fan of Lost. I do, however, think that the show lost (pardon the pun) a lot after season two. It is not the show it used to be.

I do think this season is decent, definitely better than the last one. I am curious as to how the story of the Man in Black unfolds. I just hope the questions are answered at the end.

It's blocked here due to bandwith on the govt computers and MWR.

As for the people who've invested in sat. systems, it wont allow them to enter the page. I dont remember the exact error, but seems like it had something to do service providers outside of the US not being allowed to use it.
