are they really necessary? un-stickying =/= deleting, so why are the "classic" clownhouse threads that have run their courses the first half of every page in the clownhouse? I'll volunteer my time to keep a wiki archive of them if it helps

If you just a made a wiki,
you could sticky the wiki
and then that wiki would be stuck.

is more than enough

I vote we lock each thread after it's posted. Those threads are then made stickies. Every thread will be a sticky and no way to respond to any of them.
