Latest Antique Find

Traveling on vacation and decided to make a pit stop at an antique shop and found this beauty. I believe it is a Gillette New but I don't know much more than that. It seems that the head is brass but it has three dots in the center that look like copper I'm not quite sure if that's normal. Let me know what you guys think.

Almost looks like a Frankenrazor. Common bar handle long-comb NEW but the top cap looks like the top cap of an Old Type.

I could be wrong, though.

Almost. It's a New Improved head, like from a Tuckaway.
